PreK and Kindergarten begin at 8:00 am and dismiss at 12:30pm (A Full Day option is available). Grades 1 through 12 begin at 8:00 am and end at 3:30 pm.
PreK students must be three years old by August 1st and they also must be completely toilet trained. Students going into Kindergarten must be five years old by August 1st; however, we recommend waiting until age six in order to maximize this crucial year in our curriculum.
Yes, both PreK and Kindergarten will have lunch prior to their 12:30 pm dismissal.

Class sizes at Sayers are relatively small. Kindergarten and grades 1-4 classes are limited to 10-12 students, but may also be smaller. Class sizes within grades 5-12 vary based on subject and scheduling but are typically between 10-20 students.
Yes, when there are a sufficient number of students in grades 3 through 8, we try to gender separate with most subjects.
Yes, there are training sessions required for both new and returning parents. These sessions cover such things as the phonogram/spelling curriculum, Latin in grades 3 &4, the Sayers’ binder system, etc.
The Prospective Families Meeting are a required step in the application process. Please be sure to submit an RSVP form so that we can plan for your attendance.
